Terms of use

Effective October 22, 2026.

By using GetMattressDeals (getmattressdeals.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Prices are information, not offers

We check prices once a day on each brand's own website. Prices can change at any time, and the price at checkout on the brand's site is the one that counts. Verdicts such as “below its usual price” are based on the prices we've recorded and aren't a guarantee or advice to buy.

We don't sell mattresses

Purchases, delivery, trials, returns, and warranties are between you and the brand you buy from.

Affiliate links and ads

We may earn a commission when you buy through some links, and we may show ads. Neither changes our prices, verdicts, or rankings. See our affiliate and advertising disclosure.

Price alerts and ratings

Price alerts are a free convenience; an email may arrive late or not at all, so don't rely on one alone. Star ratings come from visitors and aren't verified purchases. Please don't try to manipulate ratings or set alerts for email addresses that aren't yours.

Fair use of the site

Don't overload or attack the site, get around its rate limits, or copy our price data in bulk. Our price history, text, and design belong to us; you may share links and quote small parts with credit.

Other websites

Links to brands and other sites are for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content, prices, or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep prices accurate, but we can't promise the site will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision you make based on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Copyright and trademark concerns

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email hello@getmattressdeals.com with the details, and we'll respond promptly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
