Privacy policy
Effective October 22, 2026.
This policy explains how GetMattressDeals (getmattressdeals.com) (“we”) handles personal information. We collect as little as we can, use it to run the site, and never sell it for money.
What we collect and why

Your browser also stores your alert email, saved alerts, and ratings on your own device, so later visits are quicker. That data stays on your device; clearing your browser data removes it.
Advertising
We don't show ads or use advertising cookies today. If we start, we'll update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only with providers that help us run the site, and only for that purpose:
- Vercel hosts the website and processes server logs.
- Resend sends price alert emails.
- Our price data and alerts run on our own servers in the United States.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and its users. When you click through to a mattress brand, that brand's privacy policy applies on its site, and it or its affiliate network may use cookies to record that we referred you. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe from any alert with the link in its emails. Email hello@getmattressdeals.com. We reply within 30 days, and within 45 days where US state law allows that.
- United States. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws can also ask to opt out of targeted advertising and of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those laws define it. We don't do either today. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. You may use an authorized agent.
- Canada. You can access and correct your information and withdraw consent at any time. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- Europe and the UK. You have the rights above, plus the rights to object, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your data protection authority. We rely on your consent for alerts and ad cookies, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure site for server logs.
Children
This site is for adults shopping for mattresses. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security and storage
We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, and by storing as little as possible. No method is perfectly secure. Information is stored in the United States.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the effective date above. Big changes will also be noted on the home page.
